I’ve experienced the world getting ever faster and more demanding, with so much added pressure to perform. 

While this can be exhilarating, it can also make us feel exhausted and lose touch with who we are and what we really want. I know this because I have been there. I have worked in toxic cultures and also thriving ones that encouraged my own personal growth to understand how I can best contribute to the world. 


I really do feel your pain. It hurts mentally, emotionally, and physically, doesn’t it? I’ve burnt the midnight oil to meet deadlines and then laid awake all night worrying, is it good enough? Am I good enough? Am I heading for burnout or am I there already?


Enough is enough. Thankfully I learned through some great coaching and mentoring to ask myself fundamental questions that transformed my life to gain more balance, perspective, and joy.


As a therapeutic coach I help clients improve their emotional and mental wellbeing. Using coaching techniques and therapeutic frameworks, I help facilitate clients’ self-awareness, identify and overcome limiting beliefs, and empower them to make positive changes to their lives. Unlike traditional therapy, therapeutic coaching focuses on the present and future, rather than the past. It is geared towards helping clients achieve their goals and create a meaningful and fulfilling life.
